METAXIS is the owned, provider-neutral agentic box: threads, plans, agents, workspaces, tools, memory, permissions, recovery, evaluation, replay, evidence, and operator experience. AXIS is the mission-focused derivative that adds declared guardrails, authority, degraded-mode rules, and proof-bound action.

Phase 0 — Hugging Face research and discovery

• Compare pinned model revisions, licenses, tool use, quality, cost, and data boundaries.
• Start with NVIDIA Nemotron and credible non-NVIDIA comparison models.
• Prove a bounded hosted path, then export to rented vLLM and ultimately sovereign hardware.
• Keep inference replaceable: rent the brain, build and own the autonomy.

This workspace does not activate production inference, approve endpoint charges, authorize model-license terms, or purchase hardware.
